All the flavor of an everything bagel, blended into a thick and creamy homemade hummus. Grab your favorite dippers like raw veggies or homemade pita chips, or use it as a mayo alternative for a sandwich.
Add reserved liquid until hummus reaches consistency desired. Taste and add salt, if desired.
Spoon hummus into bowl, drizzle with some olive oil, and sprinkle additional spices on top, if desired. Serve with vegetables, pita chips, or crackers. Store tightly in the refrigerator up to 5 days.

Notes
Chickpeas: if you want super smooth hummus, you can peel the chickpeas before processing them. See my buffalo hummus recipe for detailed instructions on how to do this step.
Seasonings: if you want to use your own spices, combine 2 teaspoons each of caraway seeds, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds, and toast them in an oven or toaster oven for about 2 minutes, until the sesame seeds start browning.
Salt to taste: some everything bagel seasonings have more salt than others. I recommend tasting the hummus before adding any salt and adding ¼ teaspoon at a time until it reaches your desired saltiness.
