Pour blended smoothie into a bowl and garnish with desired toppings. Smoothie bowl is best served immediately, but leftovers can be kept covered in the refrigerator up to 8 hours.
Notes
Using a frozen banana brings a thick texture to this smoothie bowl. If you don't have any pre-frozen bananas, use a fresh one and add 2-3 ice cubes to your blender.
If using sweetened milk/non-dairy milk, you may want to omit sweetener completely.
