Add all of the ingredients, except the honey, to a strong blender. This is the one we have. Blend until it reaches the consistency you prefer.
1 large apple, ¾ cup (180mL) unsweetened almond milk, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, 3 Tablespoons (22g) oats, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ⅙ teaspoon ground nutmeg, 3-4 cubes of ice
Taste the smoothie and add honey, if you desire a sweeter smoothie.

Pour into a large glass or two small glasses and sprinkle with extra oats and/or cinnamon, if desired. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator, covered, up to 2 days.
