Taco Stuffed Zucchini Boats
What you need:
zucchini ground beef cooked rice taco seasoning shredded cheese assorted toppings
Slice and hollow out the zucchini.
Make the filling.
Stuff the zucchini.
Then bake.
Add the cheese and bake again until melted.
Go nuts with the toppings!
