Chocolate Cut-Out Sugar Cookies
No Chill
What you need:
flour cocoa powder baking powder salt egg vanilla extract butter powdered sugar
Mix your dough and allow to rest (but does not need to chill!).
Cut into desired shapes.
Bake...
