Homemade  Pie Crust

How To Make

What you need:

flour sugar salt butter shortening ice water

Cut the butter and shortening into the flour mixture.

Slowly add water and continue to blend.

Stop mixing when mixture is shaggy with small to medium chunks.

Pour out onto surface.

And shape into a disc.

Cut disc in half.

Then form halves into 2 more discs.

Allow to chill, then crust is ready to use.

Use for savory dishes like quiche.
