Homemade Peach Curd
What you need:
peaches egg yolks granulated sugar lemon juice salt unsalted butter
Purée the peaches until smooth.
Cook in a double boiler until thick.
Whisk in butter.
Allow to cool.
Store in a jar in the frdige.
Use as a topping for your favorite peach desserts!
