I must’ve missed a step or out of ordered it (I think I didn’t measure correctly actually). This is the thickest batter I’ve ever made. More bread dough ish than pourable. I’m convinced these will be delicious but I’ve clearly endeavored to make a scientific experiment. 🙂

I made these Berry Muffins today though I only had raspberries. Also it was my first time making muffins! I found the recipe easy to follow. I did panic when I saw I needed buttermilk and was amazed that the recipe had a recipe for buttermilk. So easy to make, I was amazed! The muffins turned out lovely and there’s not many left! I also want say that Lynn replied to my questions quickly and she is so nice. I have asked on a few sites and nobody has gotten back to me apart from Lynn. I’m looking forward to seeing what else I can bake. Thank you so much x

I know how is July 4th already next week?! I love the looks of these muffins. Plus I think I like fruit muffins better than chocolate ones. Weird right?. These ones look divine. I love knowing I’ll see a new muffin recipe every month. I’m glad to here the newest little one is letting you sleep a little more. Yay for muffins when you need them!
