Hi, Alanna-- as per the last step in the recipe:

"Cupcakes will stay fresh covered at room temperature up to 3 days. Store in the refrigerator up to 5 days. Cupcakes freeze well, frosted or unfrosted, up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator."

Hi, Casey-- something is definitely amiss, as this batter should be very wet and runny. It sounds like you may have forgotten to add back in the infused cream?

Hi, Magen-- I've never had that issue, but I actually have the footage to make an Instagram reel. I'll move it to the top of my to do list and share the link when it's ready! Stay tuned :)

I have made these so many times. I LOVE THE flavors! I’m also a home baker. I use heavy whipping cream for my fat instead of milk. And sour cream instead of yogurt. (All room temp b4 starting) my issue is the batter always seems to separate in the mixer no matter how gentle I am. And I feel like I can’t get it to completely mix well. (And my cupcakes rise uneven) Any tips on the mixing? Also I wish you had a video to go along with this recipe:)
Thank you so much!
