I had to try this and wasn’t disappointed! Unfortunately, my cake layers spilled over the sides of the pan due to uneven shelves in oven, but it didn’t matter in the end!) The cake texture isn’t “fluffy”, but is perfect for a s’mores cake. It was like a thick, cakey graham cracker. I thought the marshmallow buttercream would be too sweet but together with the cake and ganache, it was delicious! A great variation on a s’more!
Everyone enjoyed it!

This is an amazing cake! You can taste the graham crackers in the layers. The only thing I might do next time to put some marshmallow frosting between the layers as well. But I highly recommend this cake.
