This recipe was super easy to follow and easy. I love the graham cracker taste I. The cookies. I would add more marshmallows next time I make them.

OMG these are so good. I bought the freeze-dried marshmallows just for this recipe, and they’re just perfect in these cookies. I will double the recipe next time!! I got a couple extra cookies because I used a smaller scoop (about 25 g per dough ball) – they’re still such a good size. My favorite part is the cinnamon-y graham flavor.

These are fantastic and got rave reviews from my friends. My only change was leaving the cinnamon out because I prefer plain honey graham crackers
