I wish you would specify what kind of marshmallow cream you used because I used a 13 oz jar of puffed fluff (only marshmallow cream available) and it was double the size of the cookie and made it so the cookie on the bottom wouldn’t cook, and when I took it out of the pan it just spilled into sludge. Needless to say I couldn’t bake it longer without burning the top so I can’t even try it.

Really easy to make! I did think they were a bit sweet so I would cut down the sugar a bit and add a half teaspoon of salt to the graham cracker mix. My son has eaten about half the batch since I made them last night so he is definitely a fan!

Just made these yesterday. Delicious!
Love the hint of cinnamon with the graham.
Soft, chewy. I may have slightly underbaked but I’m not mad about that.
Used slightly less fluff but still plenty. Surprised how it puffed. Gave it a little more toasting with my torch. Will definitely make again.

I made these S’mores Bars over the weekend. They were SO good. Love the graham cracker crust. I almost put 17oz of fluff in there. 😂 I did do about 10 after scooping some out (LOL) and my kids said it was the perfect amount. So many comments on these. Adding them to my list of goodies to make! Thank you for sharing your recipes!
