This cheesecake came out absolutely perfect. Love the format of the recipe and instructions. I feel so inspired right now I’m spending all my free time making 4” cakes to freeze!

My husband who loves cheesecake ate neat the whole cheesecake himself. I’ve been intimidated to try baking a cheesecake before & Lynn’s instructions made it easy to do.
