This is my absolute favorite crockpot meal. It makes for a great meal to gift to a family or have for a larger gathering cause it makes so much! And to top it off, it’s delicious.

That’s exactly what I said to one of my readers! I like the simple ingredients used in this so that pretty much everyone can enjoy it! Except the vegetarians, but… They probably wouldn’t want this anyway 🙂

Oh this looks like PERFECTION, especially now that it’s [finally!!] a little cooler out. Love that no condensed soup is used either – seems like almost every “cream of” soup uses that crap, which makes my gluten-free cream-soup-loving heart oh so sad. This will definitely be happening in our kitchen soon 🙂 hope you all start feeling better soon!
