The perfect dough. I made it for the May 2025 Bake-a-long, served it to four hungry boys for lunch and it was gone in a flash! I forgot to par bake it, but it still turned out delish.

So very good! Usually I make the Tortilla pizza but, decided to try the pan.pizza. I bought the store pizza dough and worked out great. Added extra cheese, pepperoni, chopped onions and green peppers. I will keep this recipe to make again.

Lifesaver on Friday night! This might become a Friday night ritual, topping possibilities are endless. Highly recommend making this with Fresh April Flours’ pizza dough.
