In reply to Terry. Hey, Terry! You can absolutely swap out the chocolate if you prefer. You might just lose some of the potency of the spices since white chocolate is a lot more mild than dark. Totally your preference! Enjoy!

So hey, kitchen still isn’t done. Still need counters, hood vent and hood, trim around windows, tile backsplash, then to completely put everything back into my cabinets. Ho-hum what a long drawn out process this is.
My absolute first bake is still going to be your grandma’s bread, somewhere I’m thinking this, probably a half recipe, my kid would eat the whole batch in one sitting!! My question is, can I swap out white chocolate for, I don’t know, dark chocolate? I don’t like white chocolate, never have. Maybe because it’s not chocolate? Hahaa

What the heck, Australia? One of these days, I’m going to package up all the goodies you can’t get there and send it off to you so you can bake away in elusive ingredient heaven, sound good? Haha!
A ghost bride, eh? I’m too much of a scaredy cat to probably even be something too scary myself… We always do a group costume at work and we were zombie Disney Princesses a couple years ago. I creeped myself out just being that!!

Puppy chow strikes again! Thank you for including the alternative for those of us who live in countries where pumpkin isn’t a huge thing (why, Australia, why!) – I can’t wait to make these with white chocolate and pumpkin spice. Now I just need to find some Chex like GF cereal. These will be perfect for our little Halloween party, or maybe for treating my co-workers 🙂 Thanks Lynn!

I’ve never made Puppy Chow before, but it’s so good! And now that I see it’s soo simple to make…. 🙂
