Hi, there-- I assure you this recipe works just fine, and I actually personally made it not that long ago as did my kitchen assistant. I wonder why, if you have a recipe you like so much, you tried another one. Seems like an interesting take, but ok! Thanks for your review.

Horrible recipe! Doughnuts unable to release from the pan! Not happy at all. Will continue to bake the King Arthur’s pumpkin doughnuts. So very good and makes more doughnuts. Every one loves them and asks me to make them every Autumn. This recipe pumpkin doughnuts fall apart upon releasing from the pan. One fell on the floor and my dogs loved it. Will not try this again as I followed the recipe just as it was stated.

This is one of the BEST pumpkin recipes I've ever made! So moist and soft! I made a bunch for a football party and every single person went back for a second donut! Great recipe!

Hi Sherine! I, too, am a GF baker, and the King Arthur flour substitution was the perfect way to make these donuts! They are absolutely incredible. Enjoy!!

GF lover of sweets over here to report on how this recipe turned out! Everyone rush to make these ASAP, whether you are GF or not! I used King Arthur's 1:1 as a direct substitution for the flour this recipe calls for (120g) and these donuts have turned out perfectly both times I have made them! They are everything I'd hope for in a GF product but normally cannot find in a store. Even my gluten-full friends enjoyed these as much as I did!

The grams for flour is incorrect - 120 grams is 1/2 cup but you call for a cup of flour that would be 240 grams correct
