I think I’m one of the few people who actually doesn’t love chocolate and mint together – BUT – I think I would make an exception for these brownies. They look pretty perfect! Also – love your pet nickname for candy!!

Oh my peppermint lordy! These are perfection Lynn! I love peppermint patties! When I was a little kid we would buy big 1kg catering packs of gold-wrapped peppermints and I would be allowed to have one or two after dinner. Sometimes a few more than that, which resulted in sticky fingers and a sore belly, but a big smile. I’m sure these brownies will be similarly moreish.
I don’t know how you had the patience to wait for these to cool down! That would have been so tempting! I can’t wait to make them!
