I sure did, it’s my preferable method. I hardly ever using measuring cups except for liquids.

These are tasty and quite good as pecans are probably my favorite nut. One question though, I did not flatten the ball of dough and when baked they came out thicker than yours did. Should I flatten the dough ball a bit prior to baking?

I love mine thick and chewy so I chill mine for a while! These are amazing and I love the crunch of the pecans in them.
