I really enjoyed this cookie! What a solid combination and easy way to mix up the classic peanut butter cookie. I also added pretzel pieces (measured with my heart) which was a 10/10 addition for me.
Next time I make these, I will use actual Rolos. This time I used a fancier caramel filled chocolate because that’s what I had on hand, and I think the caramel was too liquid so dissolved into my cookie a bit. I’m guessing Rolos have a more stabilized caramel which is why Lynn used those and not something else. Just a heads up for my fellow bakers who might want to go off script.

Wow!! This is the perfect cookie flavor! I have to try this combo soon. 🙂 I haven’t had a basic jazzed up cookie in too long.
