Wow, this recipe is tastes great. I did add two smashed bananas to get it more moisture. So far, so good! Thanks so much! Hope this will increase my milk supply!

Hi! In theory, you should be able to do that, though I've never tested it. I'd let your batter rest for 15 minutes, then bake in the same manner as my banana nut muffins. Let me know if you try it!

Hey, Claudia-- the brewer's yeast does a lot for texture and taste, and this is certainly not a recipe I would say is absolutely delicious considering. But it gets the job done! Let me know if you try it another way next time!

It was ok! Very crumbly which made it a little tricky to eat while juggling a baby lol. I didn't love the taste...or the smell coming out of the oven, but I haven't tried a recipe with this quantity of brewer's yeast before so it could just be a matter of getting used to it. Will probably eat it just because I'm trying to increase my milk supply.
I am also wondering if part of my distaste could be because I accidentally put chocolate chips into the liquid mixture so they ended up melting into the oats, turning it more into a chocolate bread vs a bread with chocolate chips.
I would probably try this again with a bit less brewers yeast, or maybe with a sweet glaze on top or something to mask some of that flavour.
Thanks!
