Hi there Lynne, this is exactly the recipe I was looking for, as I have some “older” cream cheese to use up. It is not moldy. Just sitting around. It snowed quite a bit last night, and I was craving a hot cheesy Italian casserole of some kind. Made this for dinner yesterday when my granddaughters were visiting. They absolutely loved it and even asked if they could take leftovers home! Easy and delicious! I’ll be making this again.
