I made these brownies yesterday and used creme de menthe for flavoring. The brownies are outstanding! The brownie base is fudgey and moist, complemented by the creme de menthe icing, following up with a rich chocolate ganache. The other thing I loved about this recipe was the tip about using aluminum foil. I found that I just pulled the brownies out of the pan and it was so simple using foil.

Do you find that there’s a big difference between lining the pan with foil vs. parchment paper?
