I always TRUST the recipes on freshaprilflours – ALWAYS!! Been baking her recipes for years and they have never disappointed! This recipe was VERY EASY and the best part – I didn’t have to make a special trip to the store as I had everything I needed! Do not omit the NOTES – they play an important part in the success of the recipe! I followed her recipe and advice – measured/weighed ingredients and they turned out great!! These cookies were a hit with our kids – soft, lemon, sweet and light with a WONDERFUL taste!! THANK YOU for always being my “go to” website for wonderful recipes when I want to try something delicious and new! YUMMMM!

I was sceptical because l saw this recipe on Facebook and l thought it was AI generated.

The dough is so soft l thought p had added too much liquid or not enough flour, l decided to trust the process and they came out lovely.

Will have this recipe in my rotation.
