Hi, Kath– I usually pick medium size lemons. The size doesn’t matter a ton when we’re looking for the zest of one, and if the juice is ever included, I’m sure to specify an amount of liquid. Enjoy!

Made these and they were unique and delicious! Great clear instructions and photos! So appreciate that! Lynn can you please clarify what temp to bake the rolls ? In the details it states 350 and in the recipe it states 375. I did mine at 350 and they were taking a long time bake in the middle. Then I looked more closely and realized maybe it was supposed to be baked at 375? Thank you! 🙂
