I made this cake last weekend and it was HUGE hit!! I’m making it again as a birthday cake for a friend. I’m not a huge lemon person and i thought this was so delicious.

Hey, Suzy– you can put this recipe as is into a single 9×13 pan, or you can make it 2x and put it into two different 9×13 pans to make a single layer half sheet cake. Hope that helps!

We made this for Easter and it was so good! Great texture of the cake and the lemon curd was a nice change from just putting frosting between the layers. Thank you for the recipe and God bless!

This lemon slab of lushness saved my tail on Thanksgiving!! This icing is OUT OF THIS WORLD – LIGHT!
