Easy to make and a great alternative to key lime pie. I like the lime zest sprinkled through the filling. This is a keeper for sure. I’m looking forward to trying more of your recipes!

In reply to John. Hi, John! No specific reason other than they're different recipes and produce different thicknesses of filling and different consistencies. Would one work interchangeably with the other? Probably! But I test all of my recipes to be the perfect ratios and flavors to complement the fillings. Hope that helps! Looking forward to hearing how you like them :)

I’m so delighted to have discovered all your delicious sounding cheesecake bar recipes! But, as a new baker (though an old, old man), I’m confused by something. In your recipe for the Piña Colada Bars, your ingredients amounts are quite different from the amounts in these bars. Are those differences specific to the different bars for reasons I don’t know, or did you just change up your recipe? Thanks for the help. I’m off to the store for that bottle of Key Lime Juice!

My favorite desert is Key Lime Pie and I’ve been searching for a good recipe….well search no more because I found it, this was excellent!!!! I was worried because I couldn’t find key limes at my store but the substitution that you posted of the lime juice tasted great. I definitely will be making this again and again and again!!!!

I don’t know how to review these without using profanity, because they are so ******* good. Smooth and creamy with a delicious tang from the lime. The crust is crumbly and buttery. They are easy to make. Only issue is that I’m not sure the pan will last until tomorrow.
