Holy cow….the flavor of these cookies is incredible!!! I weighed all ingredients and mine didn’t spead either but I don’t really care because they taste sooooooo gooooood.

In reply to Derri. I have made these cookies 3 times and each time they are super crumbly. I love the flavor! They are incredible and want to make more but I lowered the graham cracker incase I had them too dry and added the whole egg to add more fat content... with no luck. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Followed recipe exactly cookies did not spread out had to push down with hand to get little spread they tasted great what when wrong do they need little more butter or fewer graham cracker crumbs

Hi Lynn!
I’m making these cookies right now! Second pan in the oven and I had to eat one, even though it was warm. So delicious!! I know they will be a hit when my husband gets home. We love Nellie and Joe’s lime juice and used it often being from Florida. I also make homemade ice cream and thinking these would make a wonderful little ice cream sandwich!

These keylime cookies are SO GOOD. The white chocolate chunks inside take them to the next level! Bringing them to work today for my coworkers to enjoy. (Well what’s left of them anyways ☺️)

I love this recipe! I have used it many times and everyone always raves about how good they are. I add about 1 – 2 tablespoons of zest in mine just to amp up the flavor more. Thanks for sharing!
