This makes the best cold brew concentrate!!! I’ve tried a few other recipes so I was hesitant to try another. The coffee is smooth and flavorful! I freshly grind my beans and leave the mix in the fridge for a full 24 hours to brew and it’s *chef’s kiss.* measurements are perfect! Obviously the quality of coffee beans you use makes a difference too, but this recipe will give you the best outcome!

Instead of downgrading your title, I say you UP the coffee intake!! 😉 I think you’ll love cold brew. I keep my favorite beans in the freezer as well, mostly so I don’t brew them all the time! It’s $20/lb so I only drink it on special occasions!

I feel like this autumn might be the season of coffee! I consider myself only a moderate snob too, but I only have about 1 cup a week, so maybe I need to downgrade myself a little…
We have a local cafe that roasts their own blend of beans in small batches (so hipster, I know) and I keep a bag in the freezer for when I’m feeling like some drip coffee (my former addiction).
I’ve never tried cold brew, but now that I have my experimental methodology, I just have to try this one out for myself 🙂
