Yummy! Of course, a lot has to do with the quality of the peaches. I like that I don't have to make a custard with egg yolks, etc. Relatively quick and easy and a delicious summer treat.

Hey, Michael-- I'm really not sure what to tell you, except possibly suggesting you let your ice cream sit out longer so you can dip into it more easily, though I don't know why you didn't just do that in the first place. Anyway, thanks for giving it a try.

Easy to make. Used peaches from Georgia peach truck witch are delicious and juicy to eat . After churning and letting set in freezer for a couple hrs was good, but not a lot of peach flavor. After 24 hours in freezer almost impossible to dip and no flavor. I even used about 1 3/4 pounds of peaches. SORRY

Hi, Ellie-- more than likely, your ice cream attachment wasn't cold enough. It needs AT LEAST 24 hours to freeze before it's effective, and I know this because I've tried to rush the process so many times and always wind up with ice cream that won't set up. I know it's been more than 12hrs since you asked this question, but you can cover and chill your mixture and re-freeze the drum and you should have no issues. Let me know how it goes!
