Thank you for an easy recipe! Just made my first cup, and have a question; why do I have undissolved cocoa in the bottom of my cup? Does cocoa dissolve or is in suspension?
Another post suggested date or cocoanut sugar, since I tweak recipes for Diabetics, I did substitute that. And blended in a food processor.

Really appreciate your recipe. Made it and it is delicious. I did make one change. I used powder coffee creamer instead of dried milk. It is rich but works really well with coffee. Thank you.

My kids and I made this hot chocolate recipe in preparation for our cold fall/winter days! I love that I’m not using hot chocolate packs and we can just scoop out the mix and make it as chocolately as we want! It’s been a huge success in our house and will use this recipe again and again!
