Just wondering why you mentioned you used dark brown sugar in the write-up, then the recipe says light brown sugar. Also not totally clear why you are not using graham flour or whole wheat flour, why are we mixing in regular flour?

I’ve been wanting to find a recipe for the cinnamon biscuits I had in the states but can’t find at home in the UK. These were fantastic! Also I appreciate you including the weight and not just using cups as I’ve never been able to get a good bake trying to use cups.
I did find the dough quite wet so I ended up just rolling them into balls and pressing down. Still very good.

They just came out of the oven and they are really good! With the pandemic we can’t find cinnamon graham crackers anywhere. So these are awesome! I definitely will make them again. Thanks!

Just found this recipe and mixed up the dough. It was more a cookie dough consistency. But I’m hoping they bake up okay.
