In reply to Robin. Hi, Robin-- quite some time. We've never had an issue with them getting stale since they're totally coated in chocolate and we eat them all within a few days anyway. Hope that helps!

In reply to Nava Viniar. Hey, Nava-- it should be fine to use them as is. Just remember that if you want to add any embellishment, you will need to use candy melts in order for it to stick to the coating.

If I am using white candy melts to dip pretzel rods do I need to add shortening to help the dipped pretzels set and firm up?
