Absolutely delicious! I measured the ingredients by weight where I could and they turned out perfectly. My husband loved to eat these poptarts growing up, and he said these cookies brought back some good memories!

These are delicious!!! I measured the ingredients by weight and the cookies baked evenly. They were also quick to put together, with clear instructions. 1000% recommend.

Hi, Jessica– thank you so much for your review! It doesn’t have any yet because this is a BRAND NEW recipe I just posted a couple weeks ago. Ironically enough, the comment I just replied to before yours was someone who said they tasted great but they did not spread, and I suggested they maybe didn’t weigh the flour. Did you weigh yours? This recipe was beyond amazing and I’m surprised that there are no reviews. I made these on a whim after stumbling across the recipe on Instagram or something similar. Easy to follow, clear directions (and I love the repeat of the ingredients and measures with the instructions), baked up wonderfully. These are a hot with my family and we are currently fighting over the last few.
