I made these as a New Year’s Day breakfast treat. The only alterations I made were using instant yeast since that was all I had on-hand (I still let it foam up for ten minutes, just like the dry active yeast called for in the recipe), and I used my stand mixer to get the dough to come together instead of kneading by hand (it only took a few minutes). I also made these as the ‘overnight’ option by slicing up the rolls and putting them in the fridge yesterday.

Well, today they turned out awesome! So much delicious eggnog flavor. They were fun to make and really reward you with great eggnog flavor (important to me as an eggnog lover). I would definitely make these again.
