Hi, Terry! Good catch! This recipe is olddd old old and was originally sponsored by Vital Proteins, so included a scoop of collagen peptides in the Amaretto. If you’d still like to include that, go for it! 1 scoop stirred into the Amaretto OR added to the melted butter will work well. Enjoy!
