Hi Lynn, I’ve just found your site and this quiche sounds wonderful since we’re doing Keto menus at the moment. I was wondering if I could use 50/50 tasty cheese and blue cheese since we don’t have “Sincerely Bridgette” brand here in Australia.

My mouth still waters when I remember that mushroom omelette from the diner on our morning West Chester…. Now I’m in for more mushroom deliciousness when I get crackin’ some eggs to make this delicious quiche! Cheese + mushrooms + Amy = happiness!!!
I can’t wait to try it out for lunches next week!

My mom makes quiche all the time! I shall have to send her your recipe. Tarragon is so good! We make a creamy tarragon caper dressing to go over grilled chicken in the summer. That cheese sounds SO GOOD!

I know that Sincerely, Brigitte sells their cheese in Costco, if you have one of those near you! If not… Any creamy Jack cheese would do… I would just toss in a few extra sprigs of tarragon!

In reply to Leah @ Grain Changer. I didn't love mushrooms for a long time! Basically until I moved to Chester County when I was 26, hahaha. You're going to love the mushrooms with the tarragon-- to die for!
