I made a gluten free version for my Celiac daughter by subbing King Arthur Measure for Measure GF flour and GF Oreos and it was a hit with her and my other GF customers! Flour is measured per the recipe and you can’t taste a difference! So easy to make and incredibly delicious…bravo!

I made these the first time and found they ended up quite flat. The following day I put them in fridge for 30 minutes before baking, and still quite flat; they did however taste good. Any thoughts?
