Thanks for this great recipe! We made this while travelling for the holidays and didn’t have our typical kitchen supplies. As a result, we made this in a 9×9 square pan and substituted Greek yogurt for the sour cream. Turned out great. Bake time was just a little shorter (70 minutes) in the square pan.

Also, LOVE the way you list the ingredients below each step.

So rich and delicious! The detailed recipe directions were very helpful, it was nice to just count out the cookies needed for each step to smash up rather than guessing amounts and trying to measure out crumbs. I did take off one star because it came out very sticky and the crust was quite soggy. Could be baker error, but I’m a fairly experienced baker and made plenty of other cheesecakes without this issue. Still so yummy though!
