I made a double batch for my kids and they were out of this world. I would recommend doubling as they are a bit of work and they won’t last long! The edible cookie dough is delicious but that cookie dough buttercream? Seriously the best. I have made cookie dough buttercream in the past by adding some dark brown sugar and chocolate chips but this one was insane adding in some of the edible dough! Delicious recipe. I will be trying more from your website. Thanks Lynn!

So, admittedly I was reluctant to making these (they sounded too sweet), but it was a birthday request from a friend. They ended up being RIDICULOUSLY good. I mean, every single person that had one went back for more and could not stop raving about them. No chance for leftovers.

I’m wondering in the cookie batter ingredient list you show 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar as being 50 grams but isn’t it actually 100 grams since in the brownie ingredient list you show 3/4 cup as being 150 grams?
