Followed the recipe exactly. My cookies all melted into each other, flat, flat, flat!! I put them in the freezer for 3 hours before baking. Definitely, will not be making these again.

I had some doubts that this was as good as advertised. I am an experienced baker and the recipe ratios didn’t sell me, but I followed directions down to the gram and they were the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever made. Don’t make lame substitutions and follow the directions – you won’t be sorry.

My cookies took20 Minutes to bake when I took the out of the fridge. What did I do wrong? Should you let them defrost for 20 minutes after taking them out of the fridge nd putting them i n the oven? Also I don’t have a #50 cookie scoop and i just used a tablespoon, was that too big ? I watched them melt down when I put them in the oven but they never got flat!
