Thanks, Amy! I think it’s my favorite too! You can put streusel on nearly anything and I will think whatever is under it is the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Okay, I haven’t eaten anything for a day and a half so there may or may not be drool actually pooling on my desk right now. Okay, there is. I LOVE coffee cake, and streusel – that’s its own food group in my opinion!
Lynn, I cannot wait to make this coffee cake. I love that you took the Goddess Ina’s recipe and made it even better – because streusel is waaaaaaay better than glaze, ev-er-y-time. Sign me up for one of those streusel sandwiches too!
P.S. Thanks for the great bundt cake de-tinning tips! I am always the person who ends up with half the cake on the plate and the other half in the tin! Probably why there aren’t many bundt cakes on my blog…..
