I made this cookie cake and it turned out delicious! I did weigh everything as it stated and it turned out perfect! People were asking for the recipe! I did not make the frosting.

Made this cookie cake for my son’s birthday because he doesn’t like cake and it was such a hit! Delicious and moist! I did the mixture of the chocolate chips and it is a game changer. I’m new to measuring ingredients so having the weights next to the measurements was so helpful. Will definitely be making it again!!

Hi, Trisha– I’d either make two 9″ rounds, or double it and put it in a 9×13 pan. It should be totally fine on the counter unless you don’t have A/C. Let me know how it goes!

Hi I want to make this for my son’s birthday party (outside the house so will have to travel with it). I need to feed 14 teenage age boys, I was thinking of making 2 if using a 9” spring pan and layering it. Also I wanted to make a day ahead (bc I won’t have time to make morning of party) and use a “store/bakery cardboard “ cake box to keep it in. Will it hold up the next day on the counter of a hot summer day or should I refrigerate? I was concerned the fridge/freezer would dry it out. Thoughts/suggestions please! Thanks!
