I bake this cake a couple of times a month. It’s easy and quick. Perfect when you need something at the last minute.
It’s moist and chocolaty. It doesn’t last long in my house.

Is the bake time correct? I’m have not tried the cake yet however want to make sure the baking is right. A Bundt cake usually bakes for 40-50 min

Thanks for the recipe! I made this yesterday and it is AMAZING. I used Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa and for the ganache I used dark chocolate chips. The cake has the perfect texture and moistness. At first, it did not look like the cake would release from the pan, but I followed your instructions and it came out intact. My husband says it is the best cake he has ever tasted.

Insanely delicious!! I’m a bit of a harsh critic when it comes to chocolate cake but this one was just perfect. Perfectly sweet, moist, and decadent. Super easy to make, I followed the recipe exactly and used metric. Swapped the ganache for a fudge frosting. Will definitely be coming back to this, thank you for sharing!

I made this yesterday for a dinner party. All of my friends loved it. Several said it was the best they had ever tasted which is saying alot since one of our friends is known for her chocolate cakes and several are chefs. Next time I think I will try mint chocolate frosting. Me mother used to put coffee in her chocolate cake. It really gives depth to the taste.

I can’t tell you how much we loved this cake! It’s everything you want in a decadent dessert. It really is the perfect chocolate cake.
