Um, this cake was AMAZING! My daughters had so much fun helping me make it and we all absolutely loved it. I will definitely be making this again.

This cake was delicious! The almond flavor tasted a little strong on day one, but seemed to even out with the other flavors by the next day and is quite an enjoyable treat.

A note to other bakers – don’t be like me and put 3 full eggs and 2 egg yolks in on step 4 or you’ll be lost looking for the 3 whites later when you need them!
