I love this recipe! Super easy and delicious. I’ve tried other recipes but this is our favorite one. We baked our cauliflower on a cookie wire rack and it came out extra crispy

Did I have a side of ranch w them? cannot confirm or deny. word to the wise though, when I dumped the cauliflower into a ziploc bag to coat w hot sauce, it melted through the bottom of the bag! Shoulda seen that coming. Transferred quickly to a plastic container and all was well

Made this on the dreaded grocery shopping day and it was perfect. I was able to do some meal prep while I waited on the cauliflower to cook and finish the dishes before sitting down to eat so that’s a win/win in my book. I didnt have tortillas so I used the coleslaw for a bed (like salad) and put the cauliflower on top! It was hot but the coleslaw is a good balance to the hotness.
