Wanted banana bread and this recipe worked perfectly. I didn’t add the nuts, because adding nuts to baked goods is just silly, imo.
I also used the water to deglaze the roasted banana pan and get all those juices and sugars.
So moist and excellent flavor! Lynn crushed it again! 😋
